Thirteen faculty members from five universities of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa have left for post-doctoral fellowship at the University of Kentucky in the United States.
The consortium of universities includes Abdul Wali Khan University Mardan, Kohat University of Science and Technology, University of Peshawar, University of Science and Technology Bannu, and IMSciences Peshawar.

Those who have left for the post-doctoral training include Dr Shahid Jan and Dr Muhammad Tariq from the Abdul Wali Khan University, Dr Mehboobur Rashid and Amir Husain from the University of Peshawar, Dr Hafizullah, Dr Humera Manzoor and Dr Safiullah Khan from the Kohat University, Dr Muhammad Zubair Khan, Dr Muhammad Niaz Khan and Sohail Rehman from the Bannu University and Dr Usman Ghani, Dr Owais Mufti and Dr Zohra Jabeen from the IMSciences.
