15th MCMC concludes at NIM Peshawar

The graduation ceremony of the 14-Week Mid Career Management Course (MCMC) concluded at National Institute of Management (NIM), Peshawar, formerly NIPA, attended by 37 officers from various groups and departments of Federal Government.

A press release of NIM said on Friday that it was the 15th course of MCMC, chaired by Director General National Institute of Management Peshawar Naimatullah Abid who awarded certificates to the participants.

In his address, he spelled out the course objectives and modules covered during the training and lauded the hard work put in by the participants. He highlighted the salient features of the MCMC emphasizing on experiential learning, self-improvement and attitudinal change.

He explained the rationale and importance of the Mid Career Management Course in the context of the civil servant duty of effective service delivery and implementing policies for political leadership.

He hoped that the participants of the 15th MCMC would make optimum use of the knowledge and skills acquired during the training program for facilitating the general public.
