One day training workshop has been arranged today at Department of Department of Agriculture Chemistry, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Agriculture University Peshawar with the collaboration of NAYS (National Academy of Young Scientists, Pakistan), ASM (American Society of Microbiology), RAYS and PASTIC (Pakistan Scientific & Technological Information Center). About 100 students, researchers, and faculty members from different departments attended the workshop.
The theme of the workshop was to train the young researchers, scientists and students about bio-safety protocols. The speakers for workshop were Dr. Nasrullah, Dr. Anwar Ali Shad, Dr. Abida (NORI), Dr. Fazal-e-Khaliq (RMI), Dr. Farman Ali and Aftab Ahmed (NAYS). The chief guest was the Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Zahoor Ahmed.
At end of the workshop certificates and shields were distributed among the participants and speakers.
