A twenty seven member delegation of senior civil servants of Azad Kashmir paid one day visit to University of Peshawar where they were given briefing about the University of Peshawar by Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Muhammad Rasul Jan. The delegates were participants of the 4th mid career management course of Kashmir Institute of Management, Muzaffarabad and were led by Dr. Sultan Hanif, Chief Instructor KIM. The Vice Chancellor informed the participants that University of Peshawar was the oldest institution of the province and had the unique honor of being the first University established after independence.
He added that the varsity was committed to expand its sphere and was focused on providing service to the community rather than just dishing out degrees.
