Scholar Asadullah has been recommended for the award of PhD in Botany after successful defence of his thesis in a ceremony held at Department of Botany University of Peshawar. The topic of his research was, “ Biodiversity and Ethnobotanical Study of Vascular Plants in Mankial valley, Hindukush Range, Pakistan“.
Director Centre of Plant Biodiversity of the Azakhel Botanical Garden Prof. Dr. Abdur Rasheed was his PhD supervisor while Prof. Dr. Rasool Bakhsh Tareen, Dean Faculty of Life Sciences University of Baluchistan served as his external examiner. The Defence was attended by Chairman Department of Botany Prof. Dr. Muhammad Ibrar and good number of students.
