Dear sir
one of our friend has already brought the issue to your kind notice and we were very pleased to know that a letter has been issued regarding our complaint.
i took admission in B.Ed at Horizon Institute of Higher studies Dalazak road Peshawar and we were told that there would be regular classes and seminars etc. They have taken full fee and we came almost 2-3 times a weak regarding classes and were told every time that its gonna start soon. But nothing happened. the Exam of B.Ed has taken place a month ago but Horizon Institute of Higher Studies didn’t arrange a single class neither for us nor for M.Ed students.
what kind of institute is this? How Peshawar University has given affiliation to them , that’s not easily understandable.
i am going to email this to either the registrar or vc regarding this and would request you to please take our complaint seriously.
