On the request of the Chief Executive KTH/KMC/KCD Prof. Dr. Inayat Roghani a condolence meeting was held in KTH Peshawar on 17/12/2014. All the senior/ junior doctors, nursing, paramedical and other staff of the hospital attended the meeting and offered Fateha for the martyred children/ staff of Army Public School & College, Peshawar.
They also prayed for the quick recovery of the injured people and conveyed their sympathy and kindness to the aggrieved families.
The Chief Executive and Medical Superintendent appreciated the efforts of the hospital staff for their full time presence in the hospital for emergency care.
A total of 100 beds were reserved on the directives of the Health Department Govt. of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The Chief Executive lauded the enthusiasm of the students of Khyber Medical College, Peshawar University, Engineering University, Agriculture University and other organization for their blood donation for the injured students and staff members of Army Public School.
A total of 260 bags of blood were received by the KTH blood bank while 24 begs O-negative blood were sent to Lady Reading Hospital on their request and also 08 blood donors were sent to Combine Military Hospital (CMH) Peshawar.
