The Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Ameer Haider Khan Hoti on Friday said that elected government of province was going to complete its constitutional period for the very first time in history which is an honor and a clear depiction that it fulfilled the pledges made to people in an exceptional way.
Talking to delegations of various areas at his office, he said that continuity of democratic process is indispensable to guarantee the future and solidarity of the country. He said all the accomplishments of government are the results of the untiring efforts of party workers and the policies of party leadership.
He said that we believe that promotion of education was inevitable to defeat the mindset of militancy adding his government was fully concentrating to enhance literacy ratio as a part of their strategic plan.
Hoti said that government has increased the allocation to education sector from one billion to five billion and established eight new universities adding the approval of 72 more colleges is milestone achievement of the government. He said that keeping the significance of women education 46 colleges have been established for the purpose during last five years.
He said that with an objective to bring ignored areas at par with developed ones, monthly stipend of Rs1500 stipund has been allowed for girl students of primary level in Torghar area while Rs 2000 has been fixed for girl students of middle level. He said that government had planned to distribute 25,000 Laptops among outstanding students which would cost one billion rupees.
