All the stakeholders are working to develop a comprehensive policy for the development of technical training and education in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, said Technical Education and Vocational Training Agency (TEVTA), Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Chairman Nauman Wazir on Wednesday.
He was addressing a workshop on regional consultation meant to get feedback from provincial stakeholders for producing a comprehensive draft of National Vocational Qualification Framework (NVQF).
He said vocational and technical education has to be made according to ground realities with the realisation of market demands. “Implementation must be ensured because just drafting rules could not solve the problems pertaining to technical education,” he added.He asked experts to study education in a viable and useful framework for the promotion of vocational training.
