The future of more than 300 teachers of Frontier Education Foundation (FEF) colleges is at stake as the administration is deciding to remove the foundation.

Sources told Online all preparations have been completed to remove FEF after the caretaker government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa assumed its responsibility.

The future on teaching and non-teaching staff is at stake, fighting against ignorance in down-trodden areas of the province since 11 years.

Sources further said that earlier the ANP government had decided to regularize the staff of FEF by keeping in view their performance. However, they were not regularized due to negligence of that time Provincial Education Minister KPK and officials of education department.

Moreover, the Higher Education Department (HED) also did not take effective steps for the regularization of FEF staff.

Now the future of FEF staff is stake due to the provincial education department and Higher Education Department.

It is pertinent to mention here that Peshawar High Court (PHC) also issued its verdict under he plea of FEF teachers to regularize them, however, nothing has been done to implement the orders of the court.

The staff of FEF appealed to the Chief Justice of Pakistan Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry to provide them security.
