The sports trials for the admission against sports quota in the Government College Peshawar will be held on September 4, 2014. This was stated by Director Sports Government College Peshawar Zafar Iqbal while talking to APP here on Monday. He said that all arrangements in this connection have been completed well in time. The trials against sports seats for BA, BSc in Government College Peshawar will be organized on the grounds of the University of Peshawar in different games comprising athletics, hockey, cricket, football, table tennis, badminton etc. The trials, he said, will start in the morning at 9.00 a.m and will continue till afternoon. A selection committee for different games has also constituted so that the players would be short-listed on merits only, Zafar Iqbal added.
