Govt taking solid steps to improve education system

Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Minister for Elementary & Secondary Education Muhammad Atif Khan has said that present government was taking concrete measures to improve the standard of education in the province and all obstacles in this regard would be removed.

He said this while chairing a meeting at Bacha Khan Model School Pabbi 

(Nowshera) on Monday. Former MPA and Information Minister Mian Iftikhar Hussain, Special Secretary Education Musarrat Hussain, Deputy Secretary Elementary &Secondary Education Hidayatullah Khan, Deputy Secretary Finance Taj Muhammad, Deputy Commissioner Nowshera and relevant officials were in attendance.

Principal Bacha Khan Model School briefed Minister about performance and challenges confronting the school. Provincial Minister said that provincial government has taken revolutionary measures for imparting education in the province and introduce uniform system of education for everyone.

The government is seeking help from education experts to overcome the challenges in the education sector and would chalk out its plan in the light of their suggestions and recommendations.

Provincial Minister continued that every possible measure would be taken to remove shortcomings in the present education system and ensure quality education to the children.
