ICP Chitral students gets fee reimbursement

Male and female students of Masters, M.S and Ph. D classes of the Islamia College, Peshawar belonging to Chitral, received fee reimbursement cheques, Yesterday (Friday) on the special directive of the ICP Vice-Chancellor, Professor Dr. Qibla Ayaz. The students from Chitral had requested the ICP Vice Chancellor for early reimbursement of their fee under the Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif’s Fee Reimbursement Scheme, as their departure was due on Saturday to Chitral. The Treasurer, Mr. Ariful Haq and Deputy Treasurer, Mr. Yaqub of ICP disbursed cheques among the Chitrali students. The process for fee reimbursement under Prime Minister’s Fee Reimbursement Scheme has already been started off at the ICP on June 2.

, when around 121 masters and MS students belonging to less developed areas of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa including Malakand Division, Kohistan and Dera Ismail Khan had been reimbursed their tuition fee under the scheme, considering the refund as scholarship for continuation of their higher studies at the public sector universities. 

Under this scheme more than 469 students acquiring Masters, M. Phil and Ph. D level education at the Islamia College Peshawar will be awarded this scholarship. The Vice Chancellor, ICP, Professor Dr. Qibla Ayaz will further disburse cheques of fee amount among the students from less developed areas on June 30.
