Int’l moot begins at KMU

Khyber Medical University (KMU), Institute of Health Profession Education and Research (IHPE&R) has organized a three-day International Conference on Medical Education and Research that will start from Friday at IBMS Hayatabad, Peshawar

The aim of the conference is to provide a broad based forum for the professionals of medical and allied health sciences to meet and share their expertise in the field of medical education. The conference will host around 400 local, national and international faculty members, academicians, experts, researchers and post graduate students of medical as well as allied health sciences from various institutions to participate in this mega event from across the country.

The first day of the conference is reserved for pre-conference workshops while the formal inauguration of the conference would take place on Saturday at Khyber Medical College, Peshawar.

Provincial Minister for Health Shahram Khan Tarakai will be the chief guest of the opening session whereas VC KMU Prof. Dr. Mohammad Hafizullah will also address the inaugural session.

On the second day two plenary and parallel sessions will be held in which scholars will present their research papers, posters competition is one of another major activity of the conference that will be held on the last day.

The concluding session to be held on Sunday. In the concluding session apart from organizers best research papers and posters presenters would be honored with certificates and cash prizes.
