Khyber Medical University (KMU), after completing screening tests and interviews for admissions in different bachelor programs for session 2014-15, has displayed merit list on notice boards of the respective departments. The administration has advised the successful candidates to submit their fees in National Bank of Pakistan, Hayatabad Township branch before the last date, failing to which would result in cancellation of their admissions. The spokesman of the varsity said on Friday that the directorates of administrations and academics and officials of concerned departments have completed interviews in bachelor programs to be held at Institute of Physical Medicines, Institute of Nursing and Institute of Paramedical Sciences. On the occasion, Vice Chancellor of KMU Professor Dr. Muhammad Hafizullah expressing satisfaction over the keen interest being shown by a large number of students for getting admissions in different programs said that it endorses the confidence and trust of parents and students in quality of education being imparted by KMU. He said the research work and academic courses being offered in different sectors of health by KMU have received great appreciation and recognition at all levels. Sooner rather than later, the university would attain a prominent place amongst the best institutes of the country and region as well, he hoped.
