Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government has provided all the vice chancellors of public sector universities each with one police constable in the province.
The decision was taken on recommendations of provincial cabinet. Vice chancellors of different universities demanded for security, keeping in view the law and order situation.
Sources said all the vice chancellors have been provided with police security each for every one.
Before, they were not entitled with security.
