The Vice Chancellors of public sector Universities of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa met on October 2, 2013 in University of Peshawar to follow up with the meeting of all Pakistan Vice Chancellors meeting on September 22, 2013 in Islamabad.
The Vice Chancellors discussed multiple problems facing Universities.
They expressed their concern over the financial issues of the Universities and thanked the Honorable Chief Minister of KP Pervaiz Khattak, for Bailing out Gomal University
D. I. Khan.
The Vice Chancellors decided to seek an audience with the Honorable Chief Minister to apprise him of the problems bedeviling the Universities in the province and seek his support and guidance to address these problems.
The meeting was attended by Vice Chancellors of all public sector Universities in KP.
