Dr Naseer uddin, Assistant Professor Government College Peshawar told The Frontier Post on Monday that philosophers having their doctorate degrees in science were receiving 7500 rupees in terms of Ph.D allowance while those who had doctorate degrees in Arts and Humanity were getting 2250 rupees only, which according to Dr Naseer was discrimination.

Dr Usman, who is Assistant Professor in Government College Pabbi said that the Ph.D teachers who were working in colleges within the premises of a government university were given equal allowance irrespective of their subject of the doctorate while the discrimination was done with those teachers who were performing their duties in colleges outside the premises of the varsity. Dr Naseer informed that group of such philosophers were planning to file a petition in Peshawar High Court to get their right.
