A Seminar was held at Pakistan Study Centre University of Peshawar on 4 December 2013. Mr. Muhammad Ibrar Khan, Lecturer Department of Social Work University of Peshawar was guest speaker. Theme of the seminar was techniques involved in writing a concept paper. In his welcome address, Director Pakistan Study Centre Dr. Fakhr-ul-Islam stressed the need for involving students in out-of-the class room activities. He said that his Centre has embarked on series of seminars, conferences and workshops for personality and intellectual development of students. Mr. Ibrar gave a thought-provoking presentation which was followed by lively question-answer session.
