Speaker assures resolution to teacher’s problems

Speaker Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Assemby, Asad Qaiser here Saturday stressed upon the teaching staff to effectively play their vital role in promotion of education in the province.

Talking to President KP College Teachers’ Association, Nasrullah Yousafzai and Joint Secretary, Professor Nawab Khan at his chamber, Asad Qaiser said government was fully aware of problems being faced by the teachers’ community adding that practical steps were underway to address the same at the earliest. He assured that government would seriously look into the matter of regularization of ad-hoc teachers.

The Speaker also assured that KP government would do its best to deploy and transfer female college staff and teachers in or near to their native places.

Meanwhile, a delegation of ALL CT Teachers’ Association KP comprised of provincial president Bakht Afsar Khan, provincial chairman, Wahab Mansoor, provincial chief, Fazle Rab and provincial information secretary, Dr Muhammad Fayyaz called on the Speaker and apprised him about their problems.

The Speaker listened to their grievances in detail and assured all out support on part of the government for redressal of the same. The delegation thanked the Speaker for keenly listening their issues.
