The activists of Democratic Students Federation (DSF) on Tuesday staged a protest against the bomb blast incidents on the premises of the University of Peshawar and asked the administration to provide foolproof security to the students.

Led by DSF provincial president Waqas Ali and general secretary Safir Durrani, the students gathered outside the Peshawar Press Club. Later speaking at a press conference after the protest, Waqas Ali termed the remote control bomb blast incidents a conspiracy aimed at creating unrest among the students. “It is the foremost responsibility of the government and the university administration to provide full security to the students enrolled at the institution,” he added.
