The 418th meeting of the University of Peshawar was held with Vice Chancellor UoP Prof. Dr. Muhammad Rasul Jan in chair. The meeting gave approval for the appointment of sixteen professors, fourteen Associate Professor, Forty Five Assistant Professors and Thirty One Lecturers. Besides approval for the appointment of Deputy Registrar and Deputy Librarian was also accorded in the meeting.
The august body also gave approval of the proceedings of the Academic Council, Affiliations and the Study Leave Committee. Also pre mature increment was accorded for the BPS 2-4 employees of the University.
The meeting was attended by Secretaries of the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, VC KMU Dr. Hafizullah, Executive Director Higher Education Commission Dr. Mansoor Akbar Kundi while Registrar Dr. Syed Fazli Hadi acted as Secretary of the meeting.
