Provincial Wildlife department has started involving students of government schools in tree plantation campaign to help the provincial government’s measures to make Khyber Pakhtunkhwa green.
As part of the campaign, Extension Wildlife Division of Wildlife department arranged sapling plantation program at a local school in district Nowshera and planted as many as 150 saplings at the school with help of students.
The officials of Wildlife department streesd upon the students to take part in the tree plantation campaign of the government and also plant sapling at their homes and towns. Later, the officials of Wildlife department taught the students about how to care the sapling to become a tree.
