Workshop on “Use of IT in Research Methodology” at Pakistan Study Centre
A one day workshop on the “Use of IT in Research Methodology” was held in Pakistan Study Centre University of Peshawar. Resource Person was Dr. Khan Faqir, Lecturer University of Science and Technology Bannu. He gave a detailed presentation on various softwares used for Research Methodology especially the one for citations and references. The students (Master, MPhil and PhD levels) took keen interest in the proceeding. They raised pertenant questions which were responded to by the Resource Person. Earlier opening the workshop Director Pakistan Study Centre University of Peshawar, Dr. Fakhr-ul-Islam said that his Centre has arranged many seminars and extension lectures during the current session. The aim is to equip students with knowledge and expertise hitherto not in their reach. He asked the students to attend and benefit from these capacity building initiatives.
