The Department of Islamic Theology, Islamia College Peshawar (ICP) Thursday awarded first ever degree in M. Phil to one of its research scholars who successfully defended his research work in the presence of internal and external examiners. Research scholar, Saleem Khan conducted his research under the supervision of Prof Dr Hifazat Ullah. His external examiner, Prof Dr Ziaullah from Institute of Islamic and Arabic Studies, University of Peshawar, the acting Vice-Chancellor of ICP, Prof Dr Nasibdar Muhammad, the Chairman, Department of Islamic Theology, Prof Dr Nisar Muhammad, teachers and students of the department were also present on the occasion.
