Vice Chancellor Khyber Medical University (KMU), Professor Dr. Hafeezullah has said that Master Health Profession Education (MHPE) Programme would not only improve the capabilities of teachers working with medical institutions but would also provide students chances to get better and contemporary education.
He said this while addressing the participants of Master Health Profession Education programme. Coordinator Master Health Profession Education , Dr. Brekhna Jamil, Resource Person, Dr. Sahibzada Mehmood Noor,Dr. Idrees, Dr. Gohar Wajid, Dr. Abid Jehangir and Dr. Usman Mehboob were also present on the occasion.
Speaking on the occasion, Dr. Hafeezullah said modernity and reforms are indispensible to achieve progress in a field adding it should be properly pursed and continued to derive better results.
He said that medical profession has produced extraordinary clinicians in past but failed to perform role in getting better professionally skilled teachers.
He said that MHPE is a unique programme of its kinds that would help inducting fully equipped teachers in our field.
He remarked that other medical faculty of the country has also started programmes of same nature. He also praised the efforts of related medical professionals to make the programme a success and express the hope that it would prove to be a milestone in further progress of medical profession.
