Dr. Fakhr-ul-Islam,Director,Pakistan Study Centre, University of Peshawar attended 3-Day International Dialogue(16-18 DEC 2013) in Kabul. It was organized by Ministry of Education Islamic Republic of Afghanistan in collaboration with UNICEF. Dr. Fakhar presented his paper on “Education of Girls: Islamic Perspective, National and International Commitments”. He was also member of a team that drafted declaration of the event. On sidelines of the dialogue, he visited Salam University and Centre for Strategic and Regional Studies Kabul. He discussed prospects of mutual research and academic links with office bearers of these organizations.
