Scholar Shamsur Rahman has been recommended for the award of PhD in Islamiyat after successful public defence of his research in a ceremony held at the Institute of Islamic and Arabic Studies University of Peshawar.
His research thesis was entitled, “ Nabwi (SAW) Muashra ke Saqafati Aqdar w Mazahir (A Research Study).
Prof. Dr. Hafiz Abdul Ghafoor was his PhD supervisor while Prof. Dr. Muhammad Umar served as the scholar external examiner. The Public defence was attended by Director Institute of Islamic and Arabic Studies Prof. Dr. Miraj ul Islam Zia, faculty members and students.
